Question about them: They're listed as trading figures and descriptions say they come in "Display Box of 8." Does that mean you get a random assortment of the heads? Would you have to buy multiple boxes, or find someone to trade with, to get them all?

I'm not sure about the trading stuff. @.@; But I agree, they're very cool. o-o

They annoy me to fullest, but it is worth it when they are put together

Last Oct i order one of the Shuraki figures and in Feb the status was in "Preparing to Ship." I just found out they cancel the order even through the status was in preparing to ship and item is in stock.

f**k HobbySearch i am NEVER order form them again. i don't think they even understand the meaning of customer service.

I bought many figures from them many time. It works great for me.
But they only ship with EMS, minimum 2,800 yen shipping is no fun.

For some items, they are out of stock as soon as they hit the rls date. waiting till the rls date and you might not get it. at least on a reasonable price.

i am a bit new to this,
but the number of figures are very un-stable compare to mangas and book sell,
and putting money on hold make life quite boring,maybe because i don't have the stat of mind of a fans yet.w.
sounds like i might need some luck to get the items that i wanted...fingercross to all and myself

they don't charge your credit card till the figure ships.

I remeber when Alter's Ryoko came up for pre-order last years. HLJ got so many pre-order early on they close the pre-order within the first hour.

Yea, lots of figure will be out of stock really really soon when they release. Happened to me many times. So I'll preorder anything thing that I can afford. =P
Some items are really hot that you can't even get into the preorder list. For example, the figma Saber... OTZ I was just couple days late to preorder it when Max Factory announced it. Now I can't even preorder it on HLJ. So I ordered the figma Haruhi instead.

And yes, they don't hold your money until they ship it. And you can cancel the order any time you want before they ship it.

Been meaning to get a display case and ikea is the only place I could find that has one.
