I dunno CS3.. but in CS2, there's 0.2s default option right? ( no delay, 0.1s, 0.2s, etcetc .. )

So just select those and add 0 after the dot or comma and change the 2 into 8?

@Shana: Have you changed any setting in photoshop or on your computer like localization. In some regions of the world the comma is used instead of a dot for floating point values, however this is a far fetched theory, you may just be experiencing a photoshop fluke. What version are you using?

Hi! I only wish to know if there is a way to make the eyes of this guy glow in Fireworks, Flash or Photoshop

In Photoshop ...

1) Make a new layer .. select the eyes region ..
2) Fill the new layer with your glow color ..
3) Outer glow it.
4) Open your animation window .. Make a new frame
5) Hide the glowy layer
6) Tween.

Uh... Did the Animation window is a new add in Phptoshop? Cause my adobe Photoshop is a bit old (7.0 version)

Try Windows > Animation

You don't have ImageReady? Wasn't it shiped with photoshop from like version 3.0 - 4.0
Look at the bottom of the tool set, it should say something like Edit in ImageReady.

EDIT: More troubles >.< I alredy made the animation of Glowing eyes in Photoshop, but when I save it... I canot see it, I canot save it as Gif too

Mm, I don't know if it's the same with your version of Photoshop, but what I do is go to File->Save Optimized As and save it as .gif.
