removing routing.exe

Sigh, my friend used my computer and I ended up with a trojan. He basically disabled Javascript and my PeerGuardian without telling me first. Haven't gotten a Virus or Trojan in so long, **** (sorry, had to rant).

So anyway routing.exe and other .exe files spawned from it. I don't know what program I can use to remove it. Any suggestions? I'm currently trying to use AVG to detect and erase the original files (I terminated the process at the moment) and Spyboy Search & Destroy didn't have any luck finding them.

Thanks. The guide helped a bunch. I restarted my computer and ran both Deckard's System Scanner and HijackThis to double check for both perfs.exe and routing.exe that was causing me trouble.
