Exclamation Bakasans naruto 79 problems

i've always gotten my recent naruto files from bakasan with no problems
but i can't get 79, the msg comes up

Problem connecting to tracker - <urlopen error (10061, 'connection refused')>
this has probably been answered a million times but not to me , so if anyone could help me out i'd appreachiate it very much
especially since naruto 70 looks kick ass

You can't do anything... Just wait and keep trying, the tracker is probably temporarily down, wait until it's back on.

I've been trying to download it for the last 4 hours and have been having the exact same problem. I'm wondering if this has anything to do with the fact that Baka-san hasn't come near the normal 10,000 leecher mark yet. I know Shin Otaku version came out shortly after, but doesn't Baka-san still get most of the leechers normally? Right now they seem to be even with about 5,000 each.
