Actually, an awful lot of the Q-Ice have been translated, as well as all the Strikers Nano except the stuff he put out with the sound stage. I've seen a lot of the Entropy Max ones floating around, though not all of 'em.

Unfortunately, I haven't seen any of the Tama5 ones translated. ;_; They're cute...

This came from the anthology comic that was announced quite a while ago by the StS production committee, with artists commissioned from the doujin circles. Mikage is but one of them.

And if it's approved by the production committee for publishing, it quite possibly can be canon. Though it's just comedy.
