Well its very easy to get a hang for the controls and like many shooters of its kind its difficult with hundreds of bullets coming at you. A lot of the special attacks each character has are quite cool. The visuals are smooth and colorful and the soundtrack is awesome. You may have a tough time understanding whats going on story wise if you haven't played any of the previous Castle of Shikigami games, but the characters dialougues are funny none the less. There is a cooperative mode as well.

Still "Eternal Sonata" for me. Best game ever!! XD

I am 14 hours into the game and absolutely adore it!! Truely epic and the battle system is wonderful! Great cast of characters and amazing music too. I would highly recomend it to Xbox 360 barers and also to PS3 holders as it is to be released on the PS3 console later this year. ^_^

AFAIK, Eternal Sonata probably isn't going to the PS3.

http://scrawlfx.com/2008/06/eternal-...tly-japan-only

etc. etc.

So unless news I haven't heard of has creeped up the last month saying otherwise, PS3 owners wont' have access to Eternal Sonata unless they can understand Japanese so that they can buy the Japanese version. But anything English? So far, nothing on that front.

Wow, I never knew that. T'is a shame really. If not then it would make me more greatful for having an Xbox 360 because most the games I want are released or being released for PS3.

I play Eternal Sonata in the Japanese language anyway (Aya Hirano, Yay! ^^), but chances are even if you did buy it from Japan, their would probably be no English language subtitles.

What are the chances of the game having the English voices. Hell most new rpg's just trow in both voice tracks. Since the ps3 games are region free import ftw?

Slowly getting through Red Steel. I remembered it looking better when I played it a bit at a friend's place a couple months back though. And I can't wait for NHL 09! Must get my hands on the demo when it becomes available.

I wouldn't know. I'm just borrowing this one and have never played the first one. I don't even own a DS. Anyway, yes, it is hard for me. Then again, I am really bad at this kind of game. (Stuck on operation "Fever". This kid has died multiple times due to my skills already. )

At my friend's I also play a bit of Wii. I totally suck at Smash Brothers, no change from the GamCube xD And hail to the coorp-mode in horror games! I'm to much of a sissy to play these kinds alone, even so the stories always interested me. We're playing Obscure II and I love the chain saw <3 I have to do close combat while my best friend shoots
And I totally LOVE 'Raving Rabbits' for the Wii :O Great game xD Even so not that good for predrinking .... one gets too caught up in the game~
