Episode 80 is this weeks episodes, and all of this is from it. Also, Senpai doesnt mean she is older, it means that kakashi is basicly more experienced like a peer. When students use it in school, it basicly means the person is in a higher grade than them, again, basicly more experienced.

yeah if she wanted to show that kakashi was older than her she would have said
kakashi-san [or kakashi-kun i forget]. One means older , t'other younger.

... the suffixes denote magnitudes of respect.

senpai
(n) senior (at work or school); superior; elder; older graduate; progenitor; old-timer

san
(suf) Mr or Mrs

kun
(n,suf) Mr (junior); master; boy

chan
(n) suffix for familiar (female) person

sama
(n,suf) (polite) Mr or Mrs; manner; kind; appearance

They have meanings. Whether or not they have levels of respect is beside the point. You dont call some snot nosed punk whos half your age "senpai" just like its not quite right to call a grown male "chan", or someone you just met "sama" which is basicly a less formal honorific.
