It will be probably like the two fan discs of the first season. I bought them long ago and... wasn't very happy, they are just, 6 hours of higurashi resuming the first season, the special edition, the one that I bought, includes a second dvd with interviews, a strange MAD with the oiishi-k1 character song o_O a Shion's clip with "you" (the song xD), all the previews of the episodes -___- the preview of the second season and the first itself and a comparision of the original and english voices... it comes with those cards without utlity thought they are cute xD

And well, I would buy the first fandisc for the Hanyuu plush, since they will be probably cheap, will they include a preview of the next ova? mehehehe....

These were sold at WF 2008 [Summer] a couple of days ago. You can only purchase them off an auction site like Yahoo! Auction Japan now and they'll only come unpainted and disassembled.

So I guess it's no-go for people who aren't garage kit masters, like me. >_<

I think my comment was ambiguously worded. I meant that I'm no garage kit expert, so I'm out of luck, too.

The painted figurines in the photo were done by the original maker at WF.

The details are very nice (lacy ribbons, fingernails) and I love the flowy look of the dresses.

The character designs look adorable! It's definitely announced for the PSP, but I'm not sure if there'll be a DS release as well. It seems like there'll be "new costumes and weapons", sounds great. ^^

Hanyuu and Natsumi are both on the cover and were in Higurashi Daybreak Kai... so I'm sure they'll be playable too... especially since they're both on the cover. O.o
