Chkdsk question

I might be starting to sound paranoid here, but on a routine chkdsk, this came up (I run XP SP1 btw):

Volume Serial Number is 404F-0CD7
\Music\Incomplete\Kiddy Grade - 03 [Keep-ANBU]hdbifarj.avi first allocation unit is not valid. The entry will be truncated.
Windows has made corrections to the file system.

Now, I know a little bit about how file systems work and such, but what exactly are the implications of this? Does this mean the filename was too long or something, or could this be a sign of a bad sector on the disk?

Actually, this doesn't mean a problem with the filename and I doubt that it has anything to do with your HD either. The problem is that sometimes chkdsk thinks that incompletely downloaded torrents are corrupted. I would advise you not to run chkdsk when you have incomplete torrents because you may loose your progress.
