If it's Luluko, then it is an entirely different character. So it wouldn't be yaoi at all.

But in that case I would prefer that Suzaku becomes a girl too, so that we can have a yuri pairing instead.

She'll probably be skewered by Suzaku, who's now so dead-set on dealing with Bismarck that he won't take kindly to anyone interfering. The fact that Monica's allied to the Emperor, who Suzaku's also trying to assassinate, doesn't help at all.

Probably. Monica is to Suzaku and Lancelot Albion as Luciano was to Kallen and Guren SEITEN Hakkyokashiki.
