Wasn't Dom 1.0 already a decent kit ? I haven't got one yet but never heard anything bad about it.

Wait, Gouf =/= Zaku?

*Now I wait for something to say that infamous line....

I actually don't mind more Zakus or GMs as long as we are getting some new variants. The Zaku Cannon is an awesome looking kit, maybe Bandai will give us a Desert Zaku or something. A GM Sniper II wouldn't be a bad choice either. Oh well...we still have at least Shin Matsunaga's Zaku-R2...eh

Well, them MG Dom's were not really a good MG, maybe for its time but man, when you compare the Dom 1.0 to the Zaku 2.0, big difference. My brother bought a MG Rick Dom a few clicks back (read: years) for the fun of it, and I was surprised how similar it was to my MG Rick Dias (was the Char ver I got). My main gripes about both kits are that there is no whole inner frame, skeleton or dog bones whatever, believe it or not some limbs were just the armor itself with no "bones" inside

But, first 1/100 kit I had with some rather nice fingers, and let's face it, I really like the big foot mobile suits

I mean, Gelgoog got its rather small ver 2.0 line, Dom, or maybe if they come up with enough Gouf versions, would be nice. But seeing that HGUC 1/144 Kampfer makes me think the MG version is fine, so no milking that mobile suit for a Ver 2.0 (unless they just wanna)

And, I remembered something a few months back, when the MG IJ was labeled as "MG 102" see the pic below, and look back a page or two for the official promo pic, and see how interesting the whole thing ended up now

Man, who ever 'shopped that was close, but no cuban cigar

^If only MGs were that detailed.

And for those that didn't hear, HLJ is having a nice sale on some Gunpla. MG Nu, Impulse, Turn A, and various others are 30% off. Good stuff.

Hi guys, I'm new to the forums and I have some Gunpla questions.

1) I mainly collects HG 1/144 and sometimes 1/144 NG. Can I use random brand permanent marker to detail and paint them? (rather than using official gundam markers, they are expensive )

But I do panel lines with a fine tip Gundam marker.

2) Do you guys think the HG 1/144 00 Gundam is worth it? From the stats, it is cheaper than HG Exia.

3) Can I post some of my models here? Or you guys have another thread for it?

Thanks for your replies.

1) My friend uses some thin marker that is NOT Gundam marker and the efects are still the same as for my eye.

2) Well, if you only collect 1/144s then I think it is still worth the money. I personally will wait for a 1/100 version.

3) Of course. feel welcome to post the pics here! One of the main reasons I jouned this forum is to share collection pics i.e. my Buster Gundam in it's little full burst mode

Spoiler for 1/100 HG Buster Gundam:

You're quite a Dearka fan I love the Gouf's from the Seed line. Do you have the Yzak custom Gouf? Its hard to find that nowadays... Wanting that badly.

hey all, just recieved the 1/100 Gundam Astraea.
Just wondering what kind of white, blue, red and grey spray paints i should get for the parts.
I mean I know I can order gundam white and the paints from HLJ where I get my gunpla from.
But I live in the UK and would like to know what shades of what colours i should buy >.<
oh yeh, im referring to spray paints from Tamiya, revvel etc.
