Where you upload the images doesn't really matter. What matters is how you place the code.

Mmkay, I have another VirtualDub problem. I downloaded the RAW of Lucky Star OVA, it was an .avi file, but when I opened it with VDub this popped up.

Could someone please explain what's wrong?

Seems that the video is not compatible with your VDub

I assume you have used .avi before, and that means there is a similar problem in Vegas, where it recognize some .avi but not others.

Anyway, try this link: http://www.strangeprogress.com/node/24
It brings up this codec problem and might help you.

Yeah, VDub only supports .avi files. And I followed the instructions on that, but it's the same. I also tried download another Codec but to no avail.

I cant even find another .avi version of the darn OVA otherwise I wouldn't bother. ^^;

Here's what I do. I just record the show with Fraps (which I use for other stuff aswell), once the recording is done, vdub will 100% open the new recording :3

That's not an .avi file, or it may be one but that's not really the problem. Avi is just a container, your vDub doesn't recognise the h264 encode. Just treat it as a mkv file. (see the FAQ for "how to open h264 files") Just for the record you can take any mkv file and rename it to avi or vise versa and your video player will still treat them as what they really are. Extentions are just windows fetish, they are hardly used by any serious program to detect what the heck it's trying to open. That video file you are trying to open, it might as well be called "video" instead of "video.avi".

edit
I've updated the faq structure so it's easier to name the items.
The answer to this question is item iv.

Put the fonts in your font folder in the windows folder.
Usually is C:/Windows/Fonts

You may have to restart PS to bring them up.

Can anyone recommend me a good, free, and easy to use program to use to create sigs and posters? I probably won't need any high-end technically advanced photo editing features or anything like that. I'm a complete imaging n00b and have no experience with any imaging programs except Paint, so ease of use is the highest priority for me.

Yes I have. They do suggest some programs, but I'm wondering which one would be the best suited to my needs.

It really depends on you, try it all out depends on your needs, we cant tell you.

I prefer GIMP myself, because I started with it before migrating to CS2. Would it works for you? I dont know .. Paint.Net looks simple enough, but I've never bothered to try.

Well if you're familiar with Paint you could use Paint.net. It's like a more intense version of it. I personally like using GIMP though.

Doe to the fact that GIMP is similar to Photoshop and a bit complicated, I sugest Paint.net
