Me too! I get this error message (on FireFox):
Network Timeout The server at a.scarywater.net is taking too long to respond. The requested site did not respond to a connection request and the browser has stopped waiting for a reply. * Could the server be experiencing high demand or a temporary outage? Try again later. * Are you unable to browse other sites? Check the computer's network connection. * Is your computer or network protected by a firewall or proxy? Incorrect settings can interfere with Web browsing. * Still having trouble? Consult your network administrator or Internet provider for assistance. And clicking the "Try Again" button gives the same error =[ - Edit - Using an anonymous proxy allows me to view the a.scarywater.net site though .... Mmmm. Strange. |

scarywater is known for these issues, try again again later thats all I can say for now
the website is on line but sometimes the trackers die and return to live again, common issue |

I haven't been able to get to scarywater's website nor load its RSS feed since last week (or for that matter add torrents listed on animesuki from groups that use scarywater). I rather suspect that it's an ISP issue, not so much scarywater itself, and that users from *ahem* a certain ISP like myself are screwed. Either the ISP or scarywater itself is blocking traffic.
No problems with the other trackers like Nyaatorrent though... Last edited by zetsubou-san; 2008-11-12 at 16:27. |

a.scarywater.net is up and working for me, currently, and I've not noticed any significant downtime in the last few weeks. Does sound like it is something your end; ISP or otherwise. We're not getting any "can't contact tracker" errors on the main page either, which normally happens if it drops off the internet when we try to scan it in order to update the statistics.

The webpage is working fine for me. Although, I do realize the slow webpage loading speed for the using the "search" option, but that's my browser problem. When I use the Mozilla one, there is no problem at all.
Maybe, you should try loading the page again. Edit: Load the page after emptying your browser cache first. Otherwise, it may show the same error page, depending on how you set your browser preferences.
