You know if you don't like the concept of romance threads you can "chose" not to enter them. Some people actually do find value in them even if you don't.

The same can be said of Feldt X Lockon(Lyle) then. Her feeling for him are entirely based on her feelings for the old Lockon. The same can be said of Tieria. Feldt got a fairly meaningless kiss from Lyle, meant to push her away, while Tieria at least got to be called cute by him. And Tieria and Lyle have had much more interaction than Feldt and Lyle. That in my book makes Tieria x Lockon as vaild as Feldt x Lockon.

The romance thread for MSG00 would be better, because there's not like 5 women all going after the protagonist. So fights should be down to a minimum, really. I doubt it'll turn out like the CG romance threads.

I'm tempted to agree, but then again, I think the same of polls in threads as well. In any case, there seems to be some interest in such a thread, and the story is finally starting to justify its existence, so there we go.

There's already a thread for Favorite Masked Character, and I'm going to hold off a bit before adding a thread for favorite male character. If you want, you can start giving me a list of characters to add to the latter.

It's not so much that I don't like them, it's just that they have no basis and are merely speculation... forcing couples that, well, quite frankly don't exist.

Thanks for the PM. It's probably better to post any desired names here in this thread so that other people can contribute their own ideas.

Seeing how the "Favorite Female Character" thread is progressing, I think that it'd be better to wait until Gundam 00 finishes so that we can gauge all of the male characters on an even basis. That thread should have all of the male leads and maybe one other prominent character so that we can accomodate all the major works (the TV shows and the main OVA series).

That's a pretty good idea, i'm cool with that.

& i was just wondering, is there a limit to how many you can have on a poll?

I think that the new limit is 30, but I'd like to keep it to 20 names (the original limit). Besides, fewer names might prompt more meaningful discussion.

Yeah i agree. It may just go over 20 a little bit, though when needed i can list all the main male characters from the Gundam universe, inlcuding 00.

Gundam 00 1st is finally showing up tonight (12/25/2008) as a premier. We could have a thread to discuss the dubbing of each episode. It would be great support for the anime ^_^.
