The envy... Being a Finn I'm no stranger to snow but since the winters here in southern Finland have pretty much sucked lately so I'm rather excited about the little we got today and 5 inches in 5 hours isn't all that bad.

I'd love to have 3-4 feet of snow we used to have some 10 years ago. Damn global warming.

I wish I had a nice camera for capturing some of the snow from where I live, and also the aurora borealis. Can you see the aurora where you live? It'd be awesome if you posted pics of that as well!

Unfortunately no aurora borealis here.

I live about 500 miles too south.
Have seen it a few times and they indeed are absolutely marvelous. Difficult to photograph though. Have tried and failed, though back then had a really sucky camera so couldn't find appropriate shutter times and apertures...
I'm hoping to go to Lapland around Christmas, maybe pictures of it then.
