By the way, the last time Mamiko Noto visted a anime con in the United States, she'd been awed by a girl who cosplayed as "Miss Little Sei".

You should know what TMA is good at actually.

Kira Star is a good example.

Oh wow...

I tracked the watermark on the Nagi pics I posted earlier, and all I can say is that the guy who took those photos has an insane collection.

Here's two pages of photos of the Nagi cosplayer:

Pretty interesting 3d Taiga.... her face is a bit round but she pulls the act off very effectively.

I didn't even realize that was a style.

She does a really good Kagami cosplay too, although I suspect a lot of credit also has to go to a good wig and good photographer:

My best guess is that it's possibly made out of airsoft sniper rifle parts, including some subassemblies and the main barrel.

There's one Yoko cosplayer that has put a "how-to" instruction guide with suggested parts. Don't have the URL handy at the moment but hers looks pretty authentic as well.

Honestly I was a bit mesmerized by the eyes and missed the eyebrows on the first viewing.

I *think* she's also the Yoko cosplayer on this page (Geta Boshi's post) ... (edit: I was incorrect - see below) She's just very attractive with the eyes, skin tone, lips, and the snaggle tooth. Guess I need to find her name out and put her next to Kipi as one of my goddesses of cosplay.

If the MPzero tags are to be believed, then they actually aren't the same cosplayer.

Ah you're right they aren't (went back and took a closer look at facial structure as well). Hmmmm, at least that's confirmation that there are "more girls like her back at home)"

I'll subjectively give Ibara a slight edge but they're both quite cute.

Cosplayer goes by the name Saki , she is quite popular in cosplay circles and on 2chan . She is one of those cosplayers more so an amateur model, Creme dela creme of Cosplayers

Well.. to be fairly crude, Saki has a boob shape that works very well with certain bikini tops and requires very little support -- definitely a win in cosplay. Ibara seems to be a bit more conservative in her cosplay

Both of them have that interesting eye/nose spatial/size relationships. And they both have those interesting unusual lips.

I really like Ibara's cosplays, although occassionally I find her expressions a little less in-character than I'd like.

(The cosplayer who did the Taiga cosplay I posted earlier is pretty much a master of in-character-ness, at least when cosplaying that particular character.)
