The network has very good capacity and services. And it does not allow licensed anime fansubbing. I recommend all fans, fansubbers and users alike to go register their nicknames before someone else does

Excalibur Fansubs has found a perminate home on Cybertonium since mIRC-X closed. You can get to our channel #Excalibur via irc.shadowarmor.net, anyone else's channel is also welcome to make a home there.

Soldats is located on ETG, I think L-E is too. Hope that helps.
