If by your description, you mean a dressed girl (in your case) whose nipples can be seen through her clothes (and in no suggestive pose including (or not) suspicious liquid...) then it's ok I guess. Anyway if you're not sure, you can always ask a mod via pm first

Ionno looks more like a white cock erm rooster to me with a long tail..Maybe the author wanted to tell us that Ichigo got way too cocky in SS with his Bya fight (that's where he wore that mantle ) But I'll still go with the, "it just looks pretty" thing

You guys are right. But it's not actually the Greek kinda phoenix but a Japanese/Chinese hoo no-o something. The Asian one looks much more like a cock compared to the Phoenix.
