Thanks for the images guys!

If you've seen the colored works of NNA in the manga it stays original to it. Though the sudden change on Yayoi's face or rather hair length is something else.

So what's this I'm hearing about SHAFT bribing Japanese bloggers to blog about this series? They must really be feeling the economic pinch if they're resorting to such desperate measures. Or maybe the show might just be that awful... (link NSFW)

I'll still check out the first ep, but if it nosedives as quickly as Akikan did I won't hesitate to drop it.

The action is true, but it's not from Shaft's. Shaft is only responsible for the animation production, not the whole production. For advertisement, distribution or even budget allocation, it's done by the contractor for the show which is King Records under the Starchild label.

Believe me, it won't be that bad. The lead image is misleading at its best, that scene is just one frame out of the whole 15 seconds and it's not even a still frame; yes the PV does looks awful, but to judge the whole series from just one frame is a bit too harsh.

Disclaimer: I dislike the PV. If the atmosphere in the actual show looks like that, I'm going to bash it.

At least two groups that did licensed shows last season had announced they would do this. So I'd guess there will be fansubs.

Do we all have the same level of information? Natsu no Arashi is already licensed (assuming the info is true). See fansubwiki. Animeffs13240 you might want to delete that name. Anidb will tell you soon enough if there are subs. (I'm disregarding subs in horrible quality.)

By the way, it'd be funny if "everybody knew that", because it's not true at all. They're separate companies and not affiliated at all as far as has been announced. It's probably just airing on Crunchyroll because TV Tokyo is one of the producers, and they're the ones with the arrangement.

They translated the title to Stormy Summer... excuse me while I go mutilate myself.
Also where the hell did the ghost bit come from?

First episode impression: erm... relatively good...? The OP is okay, the ED is nice ...and that's all. Weird scene here and there, but not anything near the PV-level bad, character movements are okay. The content is um, why is completely-unrelated Yukkuri presented in the first episode?

Time to watch Saki, I guess...
