Here's hoping someone will translate the other chapters. That'd be a godsend.

BTW, has anyone even seen a copy of the other Valkyria Chronicles manga, "Wish Your Smile"? I cannot find it ANYWHERE online.

And don't tell me to use Google, I tried that.

If anyone has seen this manga, think you could scan a raw of it at least?

Just ordered the game for my new ps3. Wonder how it turns out, can't wait for the anime seeing as no one is subbing the mangas. *SOB*

Looks like PewPew Scans is making their own version of the Valkyria manga English sub. You can find it on their website or on mangafox.com.

Somehow i think the way the first act is played out seems more realistic compared to anime and game lol

Okay, I had completely forgotten about the manga until now.

I couldn't find the Arienai scanlation. Their site is a little lacking. I got the PewPew scanlation but I couldn't help but think that it was a little incomplete. It seemed like words were completely missing at times.

The manga seems good through the first chapter, though. A little weird how it jumps at certain points but I like the art style for the manga adaption a lot more than from the anime adaption. Definitely agree that its a bit more gory and realistic in the manga.

Strange though is that everything's translated. No one's credited for it.

Indeed.

The manga certainly has a very different twist on things that makes it interesting even though I've played the game in and out.

I'm looking forward to how they kill off any Squad 7 members.

Oh and Vyse and Susie's argument - particularly when the two just stare dumbfounded at each other after Susie arms the grenade - had me laughing.
