Ui really loves her sister don't she. Although I have to wonder who is the older one in the family.

lol yea its one of the anime sibling relationship stereotypes we have here.

Imouto being the mature one while Onee-chan being the not so mature one

usually I think this type of thing is only really done ok most of the time but I really like it here. Ui comes across better than most Imoutos in this case which I think makes it work alot better.

I never realised this before till after watching K-On but I have a similar one with my wee sister

There is a trope for that too:

Sibling Yin Yang Yui's younger sister Ui is mature, sensible, wakes up on time for school (and takes responsibility for waking up Yui) - pretty much the complete opposite of airheaded Yui.

Anyway, to me, club activities should not be taken to the level of Serious Business. Then again, since the band doesn't have the basics in place yet, they should polish up before starting the slacking schedule.

Ui joining the club would be a major coup for Yui.

Is it just me when Ui talks about Yui, does it sounds like she's talking about her pet dog ?

Tsundere: Hard in the beginning, soft in the end.

Azu-nyan looks like she is the opposite of that... She used to like Yui better...
Now she only goes for Mio.

The manga only has 28 chapters at this point, split into 2 volumes.

So no one knows the answer to your question.

So after catching up, where do you think the anime will end? At the rate it's going, I'm pretty damn sure a second season is in the works as we speak. I'm expecting the anime to get to at least two concerts, with the second one being the one they perform for the Freshmens (Or they can can branch off from the manga all together and have the live Budokan concert this season but whatever). After that Nakako can introduce herself and reveal her interest in joining the Light Music Club, and it's a smooth sail to a second season from there.

What I don't like about the chapters I've read though, is that they seem to be re-using old settings and gags... and just throwing Nakako into the mix. I mean, another test dilemma, but it's Ritsu instead of Yui this time. Not only that, but they go to one of Mugi's villas again? Really?

Or maybe I'm just butt hurt buy the fact that they're getting even lazier about the Light Music Club. >_>

There are scenes in the OP that are from later on in the manga judging by the cloths the girls are wearing.
