I know. Why is anime broadcast on the graveyard shift?

TBS gives the time as "25:59" I've heard of 24 hour time,what is this called?

They put the air time as "25:59" since they still see the broadcast as a part of Thursday evening. If they were to use, "01:59" , it would be considered as a part of the Friday broadcasting which would not make much sense.

Anime airing late at night focuses on the Otaku-public. Their goal isn't to have a lot viewers, but they are mainly focussed on selling a lot of DVD's which Otaku tend to do a lot.

Spoiler for Episode 11:

Pretty good episode. The end of the first half really surprised me though, as soon as I saw Ritsu's face, it was clear that the second half would be dramatic xD I couldn't help but love the second half for all the mio x ritsu goodness which I was totally not expecting from this episode. I suppose KyoAni wants to put a bit more tension in the series since both Ritsu's and Azu~nyan drama scenes were not in the manga.
As for next week, it seems there'll be another performance.

Are you sure? What I've seen so far seems to suggest that there'll be 13 episodes on TV, and a 14th episode on the DVDs. Was there something in this episode to suggest otherwise?

yea, it said "saishuukai (last episode)" when previewing the next eps.
but maybe youre right, there maybe some extra eps or something. like there was in Clannad.

So there's apparently going to be a performance next episode? Could that possibly be the last performance for the series... or are they going to splooge us with two performances in a row? I was expecting the big, epic performance to be the last episode, not the episode before.

Oh interesting. I guess that means that there might be 2 bonus episodes on the DVDs/Blu-Rays? We'll see...

Edit: Of interest, the TBS TV schedule doesn't show next week's episode as the "show's ending" (they have a special icon for it). So maybe you're right -- next week could be the "final episode" and the week following could be a "special", with one extra episode on the DVDs. That would be just as they did with Clannad (also produced by the Pony Canyon/TBS/Movic/Kyoto Animation group).

...How do I say this... In the wrong meaning, this episode was hilarious.
The entire development felt very forced. All to get some seriousness between Ritsu and Mio. By the time part-A was over, I was just speechless and wondering "What is this development...?"

The end wasn't that bad though... But everything leading up to it was... what...? I had a bad feeling the moment Mio went silent after being pulled from the guitars, but to think the script would drop as low as it did...

Needless to say, it wasn't very interesting... Or funny either.

Preview: Well... Continuing from the previous episode, but at least it won't feel as forced...

NT doesn't confirm an ep14 so don't get your hopes up.

The DVD/Blu-Ray solicitations are what confirm episode 14, but it'll be DVD-only. We know it won't air on TV because another show will be in that timeslot starting the first week of July. So, it looks like it'll be 12 regular TV + 1 special/bonus + 1 DVD/Blu-Ray-exclusive.
