Anime/Manga/Game Identification Help [See first post]

A repost of a previously asked, but never answered question. Trying to identify this one anime with an opening that goes like this:
It starts off with these three or four people doing something. Then they suddenly stand up, looking determined or something; the girl's boobs jiggle when she stands. The group starts to run down the street, in the street. There's a part where the group passes a pole and are briefly shown as hamsters. Back to an overhead view of them running down the street, literally colliding with and knocking out of their way a car, an 18-wheeler, and a plane. They then arrive at someone's house, where an old man and someone else are sitting in front of the TV, with the camera behind the old man's back. The whole group jumps over the old man and his friend and to the front of the TV, knocking over (?) the old man. The old man then rises up, back still to us, turns around, and a trickle of blood comes from his nose.
The theme song is sung by a male, seems to be a pop or Japanese light music song.
That's all I can remember, since I saw it over a year ago.

interesting thing about the mecha is that i remember they control it by inserting their hands into these spheres in the pilot seat

also, i think there are a specific number of mechas (and all different) throughout the story, all trying to defeat the main character.

there was this one antagonist (also a young boy with blue-ish hair) who controls a blue mecha specialising in wind, who for some time during the course of the show lost his mecha and was travelling with the main character(s)

can't remember much, and any help would be great , really (i signed up just for this haha)

Nanao Naru's (Character designer from VN: Ef, D.C.~Da Capo) Original doujin/artbook, Black x Pink (DoujinshiDB listed it as Original doujinshi-since it only have 8 pages worth including covers for both sides, or something around that lines as well as it being released in Comiket if I remember the info clearly) I remembered how the artwork design goes before I sold my book off :P

Agatsuma Mizuki from Yumeria, Namco's (now Bandai-Namco) PS2 game. I'm not sure about the genre, I have never ever play the game, to be exact.

Apparently, the game also have an anime produced, with a same name as the game.
