let me guess, you use Noel too huh?

I've played online for a while and all ive seen are Noel Jin and V13. too bad they still suck even using the cheap tactics.

EDIT: I even did a Noel Vs Noel and i didnt even use the X button and still won.


oh yea, and Noel's gatling gun is crazy specialy after when she uses the Lazor beam attack

I honestly don't see how Noel is cheap, as it seems to me like people are beating Noel players perfectly fine. This so called "cheapness" of Noel is counterable. Yes her drive attacks can really pack a punch, but she can be thrown out of them. Its not like she has an infinite attack *cough* Carl *cough*. Noel does have some really nice combos that are hardly associated with button mashing.

On another note, Noel's moves remind me of the movie Equilibrium. Some seem almost identical.

You mean the one with Rachel caressing Ragna's cheek? That is one of my favorite scenes so far and its nice that it comes as an unlockable artwork that can be viewed in the gallery.

Speaking of artwork, I love all the special ones that have Noel dressed up in Guily Gear character costumes.

Noel is a blatant shoutout to the movie. Heck, she even goes through all the gun-kata during her Astral Finish.

Equilibrium is known as Rebellion in Japan. And the main anatogist in Equilibrium is the Librian Government as with the Librarium in this game.

If you want to smash up on noobs Arakune is probably the cheapest. Do throw into super that takes off 30%.. I haven't seen a single person break a throw yet..

Seems the tier list is roughly

Top tier - V-13, Rachael, Arakune
Mid tier - Jin, Carl, Ragna, Noel, Litchi, Taokaka
Low tier - Hakuman, Bang, Taiga

Well if you play through her story mode and go down the story path that shows you that scene the artwork should automatically be added to the gallery section at the main menu. So far, most artworks I've unlocked have come from taking a certain story path in each characters storylines. Taking a different path depends on certain requirments, like for Rachel you'll have to choose between two options in certain scenes, while with Noel you'll have to defeat certain enemies with a Destortion Drive attack.

I'm glad they added a branching story path to this game. That was always something I enjoyed about the Guilty Gear game's story modes.

I did go through Rachel's story, but it hasnt unlocked it >< I beat both Arcade and Story mode with her and still havent gotten it.

in the story mode i belive i picked the 2nd option after "green one eye freak" shows up.

I suport Rachex Ragna with so much passion

You should probably play through all of her paths. I've unlocked it playing through her story mode as well. Did you fought against Ragna in one of the path... he's suppose to be the last fight.

Too bad we can't save the gallery images as BG Wallpapers.

Make sure you do this.

1. Defeat Carl
2. Pick 1st option
3. Defeat Noel
4. Defeat Hakumen
5. Pick 1st option
6. Defeat Ragna

That should give you it.

Unfortunately, while I do have a PS3, I can't get it online quite yet due to what me and my friend believe to be router troubles. Once I get get a new router (which I'm really hoping is soon) I'll be able to get online and I'll defenitely make sure to hit you up.


Also, rush demon you say? Thats just the way I like my fights up close in personal. I've never been a big defensive person anyways and I always like rushing right at the enemy (except when I'm playing as Rachel, which is probably the only time I keep my distance)
