Don't plan on having my own signature rated... I'm on a designers block, and I just got a new computer... so I'm seriously lacking in brushes. >o< Which really sucks if you lack creativity as I do... Anyways, here goes:

Yuka-Chan- Holy shizz. That's a solid 9.5 for me... O_O; I'm in awe at what you've got going on there.
Shiano- 8.9/10. Those are some pretty sweet brushes...
ayu-smepai- 8/10. Style of the drawing reminds me of an old cartoon I used to love. ＾－＾　I also like the subtle-ish white brushes... they add a nice effect.
Hs Vi Germania- 8.5/10. Miku makes everything better. ;P

And... I'll stop here. -__-

EDIT: Just realized... png >jpg screws up quality so bad... .__.

Rikimtasu: Hm that's really a difficult task. I don't like that the brush is darker than the person. It steals their attention.
And to be honest, it looks kinda boring. (sorry .___.) Don't know if a font would help.
