Well I went off looking and found an image big enough (bigger, in fact) for you, which fits your description.



If you want anything more specific, like a crop/resize, text, or effects, feel free to ask.

EDIT: Since I'm a bored guy with Photoshop and there's no way you're cropping that to widescreen without cutting off part of Hitagi, I went ahead and extended the image.


EDIT2: And threw on some text and effects just for kicks.

I'd usually wait until I had more before making another post, but I figured it was worth mentioning that Miwa Shirou put the full version of the ED single jacket art on his pixiv. Almost certainly not the original resolution, but it's a digital copy, at least, instead of a scan. No crease in the middle!


And I suppose this means I should consider making a new banner. XD
