Isn't vol.0 2 years apart from the current needless storyline?

Think of the Adam girl event as some sort of flashforward of the manga. But it could also be a prototype independent story. We won't find out till the author ends the story. If the guy with "undead" ability and china girl made appearance in the main manga, it will reinforce the tie-in with vol 0. The author could potentially do an epilogue scene with the Adam girl

Actually, except for that Undead ability and another that I've forgotten, I think every Vol 0 story has been explicitly or implicitly "salvaged" into the main timeline.

The "female Blade" story is linked with the Madam. The author explicitly mentions that the fact she exists in Vol 0 means her survival is confirmed in the "main series".

The story with the girl, Sofia and Zeto doesn't need more exaggeration.

Then there's the Undead story and another one, which is not explicitly tied in.

Finally we get to the last one with the Qigong girl. Now, look at Vol 00-2's last story of the fight between Kafka and the current Uten, note the aristocrats behind them on the train at the end then look at the aristocrats that fell in in Vol 00. Make the connection, though it is sad they took so long to make progress...

Her full name is Adam Neuschwanstein. The name itself says a lot about her possible relationship to Blade and Eve. The name 'Neuschwanstein' is exclusively Eve's because she is the 14th specimen created mentioned in vol 7 profile. (N is the 14th letter) No mentioning of what happened to the previous 13 predecessors, as well as how the female scientist whom Gido loves died during one of "Project Eve" experiments.

The Adam girl's short-term memory is worse than Eve's as she keep calling the same person different names each time while Eve can at least keep calling Cruz "Yamada". She even forget events that happened 2-3 days ago about falling into the well.

May be a possible theory, or one of the later creations by the original organisation or Simeon. Simeon did have "clone army" which is forbidden by law in the latest raw story. Since the Madam who looks after the Adam girl in vol 0 belonged to Simeon as she is the principle of the Killer Girls academy, we can only guess. Maybe the Madam defected against Simeon in the later story?

Hmm...Adam girl now really interest me. Vol.0's artwork is not much different from the current one. I guess in the future chapters she'll be added along with the China girl.

well its officail the story from volume 0 witht he sword and magnet girl has been put into the anime (with blade altered slightly to fit mainstream)
what annoys me is that this is already episode nine (and that stroy is episode 10) and their are only suppossed to be thirteen episodes. I had honestly thought this season would end where the manga ends in chapter 51 but i dont think they can get that far anymore. Dont the people making the anime have a sense of cliffhanger?

go double-check the anime thread... it was a mistake; that's the number of volumes, not episodes (and two episodes per volume...)

doubt its 13 episodes in total because in the official website of the anime, it states there are a total of 12 blu-ray/DVD volumes. The first volume shall contain 2 episodes + exclusive anime special.

And YES!!! I was right about vol 0 event about Seto and Blade's story being cannon. Now hopefully the "undead" guy, china girl and Adam girl's story will be animated/included in cannon as well.

To whoever said vol 0 can't possibly be animated, you are sooooo wrong.

Her termed "The Breath of the Fire God (アグニッシュワッタス)", and has been described as similar to "Microwaving" (dielectric heating) though one must wonder whether the author was not thinking also of Induction heating.

Anyway, basically she can directly increase the kinetic molecular energy of particles causing them to melt or vaporize. It is considered a "Missing Link" ability (though personally I find the ability to form rocks or water out of apparently nothing to be more impressive in a "conventional physics breaking" sense) and Aruka proudly sees it as the highest of the "Flame" series of abilities.

The ability seems to have SOME range capability (Aruka did cause that handgun to heat up at a range of a few meters), but as demonstrated its "bulk" seems to be contact.

Mabye they'll make it so that ghost man is Arclight and ghost girl is a member of Simeon. Hey it could happen, He probably didnt become the head of the Simeon company's black spot branch overnight. I think china girl is in the pictures on the needless anime website (japanese one)

Officially, Mio managed to get contact with Setsuna and Zebetto sometime during the night. Setsuna apparently "persuaded" Rin to move in, and Zebetto cut a deal w/ BQ to allow him to keep the body.

Of course, it makes no sense by our worldview, but then, normal (even anime-normal) logic rules for "Face Heel Turns" have been going mad since Volume 8

A reason is symbolically attached, but by our worldview (even watching an anime) would have considered entirely inadequate, yet no one (even Cruz) seems to be the least bit bothered.

I guess the author is just going down the path where if you need something to happen plotwise regardless of its absurdity, just have it happen. Don't even try to justify it because it'll make you look worse. In Suspension of Disbelief all we can say is that the zeitgeist in the BS is just ... different...
