That's the stuff, no "I'm out of devil-power" shit that turns the main character weak! That's what I like the most, the hero always being strong

hehe well I always thought he was strong from the start, just kinda got to think of it as he was in SS2 mode and Baby B was the SS3 upgrade

even without Baby B, I still think Oga would still beat the crap out of most of his opponents.

but damn its kind alike something outta Sengoku Basara, all we need now is a

OGA!
TOUJOU!
OOGGAA!!
TTOOUUJJOOUU!!

lol, I'm surprised Oga was able to hurt tojou like that, since he pretty much got beaten by his goofy subordinate sometime ago. This chapter was simply badass, and Oga looks cooler here; he should keep that hair style.

There is no training part in this manga, Oga is the strongest but he needs to warm up I guess. Unless he loses now and will have to use some devil trick from someone to become stronger and win in next 3 chapters.

he didnīt adapt to glasses guyīs fighting style though, iīm pretty sure he wouldda sent em flying with a little touch right there. Ogaīs aim ainīt supposed to be 100%, itīs like every Kamehamehaīd be a surefire hit.

Something about that cat at the time when he massacred a street still bothers me, maybe its just for decoration but it just stands out too much. anyway im guessing after this, or maybe if the cat is a demon right now, he will be fighting other humans with contrasts. After all they went into a lot of trouble to explain how contracts worked at the begging.

Can somebody tell me what's the popularity of Beelzebub in Japan? I got a feeling SJ is going to axe this sooner or later(hopefully not).

I think Beelzebub is really popular.. been very high in the ranks most of the time and even kicking Bleach out of the top 5 at times.

IMO, if it were to be axed, no way the author would spend a whole chapter illustrating 2 punches. There would be more humor, more jokes, and more Hilda.

Alright, thanks guys for the heads up. In the near future, I hope there will be more ongoing series that are like the top 3 and replace them when they end(bleach/Naruto and etc). Not that I like them anyway, minus One Piece.

Rank 1? Are you sure?

It's in total conflict with this post here.

Tbh, chapter 26 was very average. No gag, no Hilda.

It did rank #1 in the latest issue which is SJ #40 which contains chapter 26, those rankings Zoddguts posted are for SJ #41 which is coming out later this week.

Beelzebub is rating well, easily the hit manga of 2009 for SJ.
