Ah, I wonder what the game play involves. Yeah, I know it's easy to assume it involves helping the girls to become better at baseball and play games. However you never know...

The story in this anime is a manga, right?
So is the manga finish already?
I'm thinking of reading it in case the anime doesn't finish everything.

There are three light novel volumes out so far, and the anime is only expected to cover the first one, or maybe two. There is a manga series as well, but its more of a tie-in series, so there are just a couple of volumes, and it's probably going to be less complete than the anime version is.

Yeah, there definitely wasn't an episode last week. Still thankfully we got one this week and it was a decent one as far as I can tell.

Spoiler for Episode 8:

Training is good for your health, but not for your jealousy XD

Also, here's a comparison between how the anime portrays the Taishou era, and a couple of real pictures of that period:

1.

.

2.

.

---------

Finally, the whole TaYaMu seiyuu main cast wearing yukatas:

Back Row (left to right) : Kaida Yuko (Tomoe), Mamiko Noto (Yuki), Hirohashi Ryou (Tama), Goto Saori (Kochou), Nakahara Mai (Akiko).

Front Row (l r): Ueda Kana (Noe), Makino Yui (Kyouko), Itou Kanae (Koume), Kitamura Eri (Shizuka).

Considering that there are as of yet no subs for episode 8, I'm just hoping Doremi hasn't dropped this.

On the contrary, they are putting so much love, effort, and dedication into this episode that 2 weeks is not enough to contain it. Think positive

Actually this anime skipped a week (didn't air on aug 21st) so episode 8 aired on aug 28th. Not even a week worthy of love yet

On the other hand, despite my usual dislike of baseball, this and Cross Game need more love than what they're getting.

Gee...those Taishou pictures look close enough to look like they inspired the anime drawings.

Yukata seiyuu pictures must be popular with that studio these days. Not that I mind of course. They look very cute wearing them.
