The tutorial you posted is kind of old. Imageready isn't included in the new Adobe releases anymore and it doesn't mention how to open MKVs, which are more popular now.

There isn't a single frame from of the OP with a hatless Nadeko... that said I resized the pics to 83x83 to make 6 of them fit, switched the Kanbaru pic with a imho better one (I'll change it back if you don't like, of course), and put 4 variations of the Nadeko pics, pick up your favourite one.
