With all of Don D's connections it wouldn't be insane to think that he'd have a man on the inside, especially with all the corrupt marines out there. Or Kuma could've told Don himself, afterall he did tell Zoro, so I don't think its a big secret for him.

Well, part of the question is "why would Doflamingo be gathering new intel on Kuma in the first place"... any info he might have wanted he would have looked into it a long time ago. If he already had a good amount of info on a person he would need a reason to go looking for something new... in this case, he would have had to figure out that something was different about Kuma to spark his curiosity and make him look to see if anything new had happened to him

Having an inside man reporting any and all changes is indeed plausible. but the deeper you go the less likely you find a traitor amongst the WG staff... in this case, Doflamingo would need to have someone near Vegapunk who is likely one of the gov't's most top secret individual

Hancocks falls down (from overwhelming pleasure)
Marine: The pirate empress has been defeated by Strawhat with a bearhug!!
Hancock: Oh.... this is what... marriage is like!
Smoker: I won't let you get away, Strawhat!

Smoker blocks Hancocks' Perfume Femur with his Jutte, but it turns into stone and crumples.

Scene changes to Buggy
Mr.3: You sure this plan will work?

Buggy is starting up something.

DoFlamingo: He's finally completed recently. They frist started with his legs and arm...
And finally they modefied his head, into a full cyborg.

That's when Kuma proceeds to attack the other prisoners.
Enraged, Ivankov says no more fooling around, he's going all out.

Near croc is Mr.1

Fodder pirates: I won't let you get to pops!!
They attack Crocodile.
Croc: Out of my way.
Croc blows them away with tornado.

Jozu comes rushing in, and body slams into Croc's face.
Croc is blown away, and mutters how fast Jozu is despite his size and weight.
Croc lands on his feet, but blood gushes out from his mouth and nose.
DoFlamingo is near by.

Jozu comes attacking him, but DoFlamingo stops Jozu.
Jozu: So you managed to sneak out of that hole of yours huh, crocodile man?

Then he slowly turns towards DoFlamingo, and glares.

Croc: Don't get in the way Doflamingo, or I'll kill you!
DoFlamingo: How about it Crocodile, why don't we join forces?
Jozu vs Croc & Doflamingo?

The strongest swordsman Hawkeye appears in front of Luffy who went to save Ace.
Luffy vs Mihawk

I'll give you a reason. Remember this "new age" Doflamingo keeps going on about, I don't think he's going to sit back and just wait for it to happen. He's going to try and play an integral part in making it happen himself. With an ambition like that, the marines aren't going to sit back and let him do what he wants, so there's probably going to be a lot of resistance from their end.

One Pacifista has the power to take on a 600 million berri crew by itself, if they can mass produce those things the world government would be unstoppable. I'd think it would be in Doflamingo's best interest to gather as much information about this as possible, especially from Kuma considering him and Vegapunk are the source of all the Pacifista.

Yes, indeed the deeper you go the less likely it is that their would be a traitor amongst the marines, but that doesn't mean its impossible. For all we know there could be an adimiral or VA traitor. No one is above corruption.
