with this much of info, i dont think many people can help you. you should list the steps you did and what hardware you using. i had tried ABC, Azurues and Bitcomet, all works but never tried torrent storm. perphaps you should use the more popular BT client.

Could you tell us in detail what you did? Maybe you did a mistake opening the ports and we wouldn't know that if you don't tell us what you did. (i.e. which ports, which IP etc)

The 000.000.0.0 is only for eg, I now what IP they are.
