I've done a search in the TIPS thread but I can't find them >3<

There were previews for episodes 2 and 3 that they didn't show on the site? What's the point of that? By the time you're done watching the preview, the next episode starts anyway... so...

But I would like to see these previews and I also would like to know who narrated the one for episode 3 since Jessica narrated the one for episode 2.

Those are the names anyway. The actual TIPS themselves are somewhere on this board... I wish there was a topic dedicated to them, but instead you'd have to search around and only a few of them are translated as far as I know (I still really want an Arigato For 556 translation. ;__; ).

Anyway, my comment for this preview is... "AWWWWWWW!! >w< ". Sakutarou is soooooo super adorable!! And the Stakes all narrating a preview together is already made of win. I seriously want them to get a character song together.
I hope Sakutarou gets to share a preview and a character song with other characters as well (I would say Maria... but she already got one of both... so I guess the Siestas?). Anyway, this is my favorite preview so far. :3

To answer this, yes. It's called [新人司祭コーネリア] "Shinjin Shisai Cornelia" ('Newcomer Priest Cornellia' if you want some fast translation), released in September 2009 as a booklet distributed at ひぐらしのつどい・3 (Clarify me on this though :|) Haven't read it but it's in umineco.info I think.
