I'm using 2 translation programs to understand it,so its guesswork since I'm not formally trained in Japanese grammar [and the usual cultural vocab understanding that you need to know in order to understand a language].So I may have intremeted the meaning wrongly since I havent verified it with a real translator.[Not to mention most of the programs translate things literally,which you need human language mastery in order to understand th synonomous meaning of the words]

But this should be the phrase that mentions it.So verification from a real translator on its real meaning would be nice.

The phrase is around 75% onto the bottom of the page.

Anyway,this is the Koryoukukan page that I think is used in the Livejornal translation of the page as well as in Zook's Board,though I dont think that one has this phrase in it included though most of the other stuff is in there.I started my own investigation by getting the link from the latter.

By the way,this is the same book that tells us that the S2 Tau Drives are harmless.Its also the same book that confirmed us the 4th Generation Gundams in S2 are 4th generation,although that's not included anywhere in the blog post,it is a big book and the confirmation was given to us in illustration.[Remember the Dynames and Cherudim picture where each had the word 3 & 4 next to a word in their illustration standing side by side?Its the same book]

Anyway,there are other interesting stuff as well,but regarding furato's request this is the phrase in mention if I'm not mistaken.

I'm hoping I intrepreted it correctly,if not meh,better luck next time.Sometimes the overwhlming information and data hidden from us in foreign language just makes me go crazy,I swear that there's a giant pot of gold somewhere thats in the book that the blog post doesnt even mention[I know it missed the section that ended most of the Gundam Generation Debate at least,and that is monumentally important].We still havent got that MS Development Image thats in S2 Official File 6 or 00's Quantisation explanation in S2 Official File 2. CA's translation of 300 Years Later[Which compiles S1 Official Files if I'm not mistaken],gave us a wealth of understanding GN Particles and how they work,so who knows what's more in this book.

Well my reading isn't far from what you posted:

Because the movie will greatly break the shell (husk/generally "protective covering") of Gundam serieses, I would like to see the "new Gundams to come" in the future from this. If I had been given a chance to change the staff, I think it would also be interesting to try to do a Gundam series with a different approach.

I think it's a bold thing to say coming from him. But then again, coming from him, I won't put too much stock on it.

Animesuki may be my favourite board,but I go to at least 2 others.animesuki is also the most active at the moment,the rest are are a bit slow in the discussion area at times.

I pretty much copy everything I come across into an archive,so I can review them later.I've only done this recently though,like the last 6-9 months or so,so its very incomplete in my opinion,thus its only partially useful.Everything from translations or useful posts and theories,my own theories etc.

I save every link as well,helps you go check things again later.19.02 seconds is very useful as well,so is Mike S6's blog.Other than that its a simple matter of trying to remember things.

Oh and I read almost every post on the mecha,weapons and technology page at least once,and this page as well.That helps to understand things a bit.Sometimes I go and read them again for fun.I avoid the romance section though,its one of the aspect of the series that I dislike.That doesnt mean I dont have my pairings,because I do.Just that I'm not into discussing it and sometimes people can get really personal when it comes to pairings which can sometimes lead to large conflicts.

The only thing I wish is so I can read Japanese,so I can read the the sourcebook and manuals myself but alas I have to rely on what the translators give out.I wouldnt mind buying the sourcebooks if I can just read them but I cant.

Thanks Sonic. Now I know why I never saw it, since the translation we had for Mission Complete was quite all over the place and that line is one of the missed part ^^;

It is quite the bold statement. And coming from Mizushima, I'm not putting much stock on it.

I would say that Gundam started changing their style with Gundam Seed.To me, this is when they heavily improve in terms of animation. Story-wise I have to honestly say I am not sure. But, when it came to Gundams their seem to be including an idea of 'Invincible Gundams.' Meaning, creating Gundam engines that run on infinite amount engine and having them be slightly overpowering. Matter of Fact, the first Gundam series who really broke the mold was G Gundam

Ok, Back to my speculations. These are about three out of the four gundams from the promo.

Gundam Harute: I think one interesting thing is that since Kyrios, CB has always been trying to improve the Booster Tail unit that increased Kyrios speed and maneuverability. This same tactic was cross-over to Arios with the production of the GN Archer.
So Harute seem to have perfected it by welding Archer's MA form on Harute. For a while CB probably wanted to include the GN cannons as well and finally got there chance with Harute.

Gundam Zabanya: I'll get right to the point. Since we haven't seen the legs I am leaning towards the GN bits or now build around the legs Those two things on his back is actually be three different things: 1. The new Sniper rifle that connects together while hidden under armor. 2. One could be Sniper rifle and the other is a mid-to-long range rifle. 3. They could be bits, but someone mention that already.

Raphael Gundam: This is mostly about those clawed cannons. While reading Gundam Wiki I ran across this passage:In addition, the GN Cannons also works in conjunction with Seravee's GN Field. When all four cannons are deployed, a GN Field is generated at the center. When the cannons fire, the central GN particles and the cannon become a single blast, comparable to Virtue's GN Bazooka Burst Mode. The burst mode was that particle orbs you would see. Now i believe those Claws could probably emit GN fields in the palms that create particle orbs and stronger cannon blasts.

Time Travel= some of the Gundam video games which mostly involves the U.C. series, some SD Gundam series, Gundam ALIVE (manga)

Inter dimensional travel= SD Gundam Force, Turn A Gundam(?), Gundam ALIVE (manga), the Phoenix Gundam (from the video games)

Skynet like foe= several Amuro & Char A.I. clones , G Gundam's Ultimate/Devil Gundam, many of the SD Gundam series

but still, G Gundam breaks the boundaries of the Gundam concept, even Turn A's "turn a space" & SEED's Jupiter "space whale" fossil

From the Kouryakukan 2307-2312 Mission Complete entry,location is around 45%-50% into the blog post.

I'm having trouble understanding what the text says,at least I can't form the meaning well.

The top part describes Memento Mori's attack range,where one can cover any locaton around 1/3 of the entire Earth or something like that.[Wow,if they had 3 they's have any location on the planet in their crosshairs].

But the problem I'm having comes with the parts after this.Basically,I think its describing a bit about Celestial Being [ship],I can understand a bit I guess but its hard to get the correct context of certain specific explanations,what I find moist interesting is the part that says something about its possible mounts for Original Drives or something like that.But other than that it talks about the some general info about CB Ship.

So,someone want to give it a shot?

Kouryakukan is in the process of updating, I’ll get to it when they’re done. In other news, smiley days reported that there’s a special 00 event being held on New Year’s Eve, called 「Gundam 00 Festival “a trailer for the trailblazer”」I would assume this means movie trailer

kouryakukan put up their Animedia summary, it’s miniscule. Here’s the only vaguely new bit:

“According to Iketani P’s comments, the movie news flash included with the first Special Edition is sprinkled with keywords from the movie, and so on.

does anyone know what to do to get this aired in American theaters? i'm fine if they do a one time special event of showing it, similer to what they did with sword of the stranger (also an awsome movie)

Showing one trailer is not one enough to keep the hype alive. Bandai and Sunrise will be advertising this movie left and right.
