true, cosplay is only at its best when the people dressing up attempt to portray the characters with atleast some form of integrity, making a outfit more scantly clad than it already is just defeats the purpose of cosplay, I mean seeing these hotties in the outfits they wear is more than enough plus, prying for a deeper perversion simply causes cosplay and hentai to fall into the same category. I can't wait to see pics from otakon this year, Since I won't get to go I hope those that do provide tons for us poor fans unable to make the journey.

Yea, Bridget from Guilty Gear XX fighting game(ahhhh someone beat me to it). There is a 5 min anime dvd intro though. Only thing missing from the costume were the giant handcuff around the waist and a yoyo .

Man-Faye punishes everyone for curiousity , think of kawaii things.... like catgirls... or Chii's from page 3... I still love them

I forgot how to do a spoiler some one told me once but I forgot so... But anyways I would love to see this picture from a framed photo on the wall from Resident Evil 2 and 3 completely done in cosplay, helicopter, uniforms, look-alikes, with all the proper firearms (M79, Steyr Aug, MP5A4, 870, M11A1, etc [probably as airsoft guns] ) and everything exact to the pic, that'd be awesome and I'd frame it in with the same frame as the original sketch so it could be compared (by the way i took this screenshot while playing Resident Evil 3 the PC version )

Guilty Gear XX as in the sequel, rite? I used to own GGX the original for Dreamcast (I quit console gaming forever along with the DC~may she rest in peace... ) and don't ever remember Bridget in it. Heck, I don't even remember what the storyline was behind it. I only recall that my friend used some huge, tall guy with brass knuckles and sat on the other end of the screen, cheaply button-mashing and still winning

What is up with the Japanese, Koreans and Chinese?? I have received several e-mails and messages on icq from them asking if we are male or female, there is acutely one theory that we are gay Russian guys WTF!?!? They always go something like this: hello I think your cosplay is beautiful are you male or female?

Here is one of them that was sent to me recently::

“Okay, Here is what I'm trying to say. You girls are wildly popular in Japan. I saw whole bunch of your cosplay pictures in the Internet and other sorts. But the funny things the people DO NOT know who you are. The information about you girls is completely ZERO, NONE. Most people in Japan thinks you girls are Russian guys who dressed as a woman (I have no idea who made up this thought). Wahahaha, lots of people think they're men at first . Maybe it's the eyebrows? Blah, don't know, but even if they were guys, then I still love them without regret .

Guilty Gear XX is the sequel to GGX, with 4 new characters including Bridget. Bridget is actually a boy raised as a girl, so dresses as one. So a girl cosplaying as Bridget is cosplaying as a crossdressing boy. You can say she's crossplaying as a crossdresser .
