How come I'm getting this feeling that we'll see Chihara Minori or Noto Mamiko voicing Nozomi here?

We now have an official website.

Sort of. Obviously it'll be fleshed out later.

Seeing how the first 2 "neko" in the box are frowning, I have a feeling that Kugimiya might be voicing someone in this anime.

Going to watch this.

I tried to pinpoint another one who would voice any of the characters in the series, I couldn't come up with one outside of Kugimiya. Not only does it sound like overkill to use the same voice for the fans, eventually it would be overkill for the seiyuu herself.

On the other hand, (it could be a new type of role for her), but Rina saitou could try her hand in this series.

The light novel's site. Doesn't hold any particularly noteworthy information about the anime version, but getting a look at the characters' general profiles and appearances might be good for VA speculation. Unless they surprise us and cast a bunch of unknowns.

The question is just which one she will be voicing. Taiga from v1, Louise from v2, Asuka Sakino from v6 or Kagami from v7

I'd then love the other "neko" to be voiced by Tomatsu Haruka.
