Chapter 4 out soon

I think Maho Momo is just pointing out that the whole cake thing, whether its a lie or not, still isn't that relevant to the discussion of episode 19.

Not every convo has to be "serious buisness". I acctually dislike it when things are that way.

And I know that... but it's not usually that irrelevant to the episode at hand... But June is right, and once again one comment/question leads to a page of back and forth arguments. Let's just end it. Last edited by Maho Momo; 2009-11-09 at 23:20. |

It's simply a theory as to Kinzo's existence and a theory for the whole cake scene.
Burnt cake = Burnt Kinzo and Six toes = Kinzo. Sure it's not necessarily relevant to episode 19 but it's still relevant to Umineko. Just in a joking matter. No need to be so serious about it.

funny how my hunch back when EP1 was aired got explored........XD
now let's wait to see which universe would R07 present to us. Kinzo alive or Kinzo dead? (schrodinger's cat analogy re-explored) I am kind of concerned about the "arrangement" mentioned between Krauss and Natsuhi back at the start of EP2 Spoiler for higurashi:

...I'm more concerned about that kind of comments.
If people enjoy that much this format, it wouldn't be too much a problem for the original VN since it is a general consensus it is better. Actually, it would encourage those who can/want to explore the original material. If it was however not to their liking, it wouldn't be always possible. By the way, I doubt it was Ryukishi who chose the studio: it is probably a long story of offer and contract, probably even more influenced since Higurashi was adapted by them. Although you might be unsatisfied by the adaptation as a whole, which is entitled to your opinion, there are also some limits to comments that simply alienate others' opinions. Feel free to be disappointed by the episode, but please do not start to poke on people's rating or whatnot.

Conversely, there are very, very few negative votes. Wouldn't that mean maybe there are only a few people who are still watching that don't like it, or are just super critical about the adaptation?
Unlike say the Haruhi threads, where even the people who don't like an episode stay, watch, and vote it down? Though that might not be a mystery. One is a very popular series that has its fanbase pretty well established and ready for trolling. This series has a smaller fanbase...only some of which is protected from trolling...though of a different kind. Add to this the Higurashi fans that came over just because...yeah...you'll find the trolling to be less in voting. Both for and against. In the threads though...red and blue shots in the dark. Like a shotgun, isn't it Battler?

Yes. It is close to her Tsubasa Kawai voice she uses in Kyō no Go no Ni. Another shota.
