using deluge client on fedora 11.
everything was working till last week.
I was unable to download any torrent file
But when loaded the torrent tracked always time out or reports connection refused.
example - openbittorrent.com: Error: Connection refused
This is for any torrent file. all tracker reports this status.

This could indicate that your router is not set up properly or you have a firewall enabled. Try disabling your firewall and check your port triggering settings and try again... If not, try another bittorrent client to see if it's not the clients fault.

Also, try pinging the tracker to see if it's active or not.
