Yep, I'm Filipino . And yeah, "Otot" means fart in Filipino and the "Oto" in "Anata no Otot" always gets misheard.

Making a parody doesn't necessarily make someone a "hater", I believe it's wrong to assume something such as this. I said that because I dislike anything dealing with "farts" to get laughs but others would find it funny, it's just personal taste. I don't mind parodies and that's all it is so it's best to leave it at that.
