Well Japan's never been all that consistent with romaji - it's probably to do with how they learn them in schools (if they even do - it's not like they use it in daily life, after all). So long as they don't start using macrons, I'll deal with it.

Japanese students have been taught romaji and romanization methods, ever since WWII. And I heard that they use it a lot. But oh well - maybe the romanization is supposed to relate to her having two different colored eyes.

Green town, Kazematsuri (winds-festival). Tennouji Kotaro has spend usual days with Koube Kotori, Yoshino Haruhiko in the town, where has ideal that coexistance of civilization and nature.
For that peaceful town, a very busy days once a year will come. Kotarou decided to do part time job which is to collect the articles for the city's harvest festival--, which is like a big school festival, because there were witnesses of unconfirmed creatures and occult-like rumors in wind -festival.
At that time, Kotaro experienced very strange incidents. Kotaro asked help to Senri Akane, who is the president of the club of investigation of occult, and started investigation with other aquainted students.
It was supporsed to be just a curioustiy for advanture for Kotaro.
He was happy only to spend good time with his friends.

Kotaro has yet to know, that is linked to the truth that no one knows.

Her destiny*, will be changed?

* her is Kotaro? Kotaro is a girl ?

I like the direction to the occult, as it sounds more... "mysterious" I guess, than the usual KEY sorta magic. I imagine the title has something to do with the occult too.

12月26日発売の「電撃G's Festival! DELUXE Vol.5」より

・シナリオの進行状況は、竜騎士07氏が初稿脱稿している状態で、ロミオ氏と都乃河氏が残りを 埋めている。

　シナリオだけでいえば70%はできている。

・テキストのボリュームは、『リトバス』無印よりちょい多いくらい。『エクスタシー』よりはち ょい少ない。

・原画作業の進行状況は40～50%。

・音楽の進行状況は、ラフレベルのものなら約半分は仕上がっている。

　折戸氏と、外注の3人（井内舞子、細井聡司、水月陵）とで均等に分割。

　1人あたり10曲ちょっとを担当。

・ボーカル曲はまだ全然手をつけてないけど折戸氏が書く予定。

　麻枝氏もボーカル曲を書く予定。

・シナリオは各個人の癖が強く、テキストだけ見たらKey作品というより各ライターの作品とい う感じ。

　今までKey作品でご法度とされていたことが解禁されていたりとか。

・ロミオ氏と竜騎士氏ではイベントCGの発注の仕方が対照的。

　ロミオ氏はあんまりこだわりがなく、本文中に「このへんにイベントCGがあったらいいなー」 みたいな、

　ひと言が書いてあるだけで、都乃河氏がそれを抜き出して発注書を作ってロミオ氏に確認したり して進める。

　竜騎士氏は1から10まで指定があり、発注書をすごく細かく作っている。

・都乃河氏のメッセージ

　「Keyには『CLANNAD』の壁っていうのがあると思うんですよ。

　　ファンの間で、Keyのブランドイメージがあの方向で固まってる気がするんです。

　　当時からスタッフが何人も入れ替わってるからこそ、改めてその壁を意識してしまいます。

　　でも、今回の『Rewrite』はあのイメージだけではないんですよ。

　　これまでの作品を好きな人に楽しんでもらいたいのはもちろんですけど、

　　その他の人にも楽しんでもらえる作品に仕上がると思います。

　　もっといってしまえば、これまで「自分にはKeyが合わない」と思っていた人にこそ、

　　ぜひ遊んでほしいです。どんな人でも楽しめる作品になっているので、注目していただけたら 。

There's a lot of information there which I can't make out very well, but here's what I can extract:

- Ryukishi07 has finished his first draft, Romeo is still working on his sections.
- Roughly 70% of the scenarios have been done.
- Overall progress is about at the 40-50% mark.
- Music is stalled at about 50% completion, due to the scenario work.
- Maeda Jun will write a vocal song

Yeah I bet they are waiting until april 1st once more to give us the low down on what is happening. I bet they will give us the release date at that time too. I'm thinking 2011 perhaps since they slated Kud's game to be in summer.
