Some unverified synopsis states that we'll see an episode about Kanata dealing with her first kill, and it involves a haircut. The gist of the synopses was that the girls would be involved in some counter-espionage activities against enemy infiltrators. Again, these are unverified, but I so wish the series would go to this direction.

I guess I don't need to say that I hope that happens? Not only would it make me less irritated every time I saw her, it would give the story a reason for her hair to be so weird to start with. But, like I said, it's not like weird haircuts are unusual in anime or anything, if the character designers though it would look interesting.

Oh, and besides the "yay, less annoying for me to watch!" part, it would be an interesting plot thing. Which is also something I desire, since it would probably lead to even more knowing about the setting.

By the way, the last second of the trailer of the 3rd episode on the official site (http://www.sorawoto.com/theater/yokoku02.html), it appears the letters “Tsuyu no Sora, Hari no Niji”, or “The Sky of the Rainy Season, the Rainbow Made of Cut Glasses”.

What’s that?
Is it the former subtitle of 3rd episode? Helvetia has rainy season? Or it’s a metaphor of Kanata’s illness?
I want to know.

I don't think it's being compared in the ways it has because people think that K-ON was the best of anything really....

Its not about similarities, think of it as stealing from both. I think thats the funniest there.

I agree. Turning into a "war" action anime would be counterproductive imo. It's not attracting that type of crowd imo.

A lot of people who only watch fansubs get the misconception that "all anime must be designed to appeal to them" just because they download all airing shows, when in reality the true audience is the people who buy the DVD's.

I mean really, if you fervently hate slice-of-life and moe, Soranowoto might not be the show for you. If it's "annoying" for you to watch, no one's forcing you to do so. And not every show has to be grimdark blood n' guts.

Personally, I love Kanata's hair. I think it makes her look real cute.

We haven't seen too much of Noel yet, but she does seem to have a rather blunt personality. Well, we should probably wait until a Noel-focused episode before making up our minds on what her character is like.

Kureha... Tsundereeeeeee... Well, for pretty much a Type A while you at it. Apparently, they found out it was just an Owl instead of a ghost... well, yeah.

The similarities, I hardly see it at all, except the appearance... but doesn't mean much anyways...

But still, the show looks promising... not much moe and more plot... I'm for it!

Looking at those images the show is happening in Spain, however considering the girls eat with chopsticks and in past weared japanese school uniform its kinda hard to get what this universe is about as it merges two settings.
