You'd be surprised at how many people assume Irish = Norse.

That was Dark Piece Zafira. Only real person is Chrono and Material-S in her route.

I remember Vita fights the real Zafira and Reinforce. Shamal fights the real Zafira. Besides "practice matches" [Hayate's final stage, iirc Signum's final stage?], I don't think anyone else encounters the real guys. I forget if Signum fights the real Reinforce or not because I can remember her playfully hitting Reinforce with her elbow.... c_c

Poor Zaffy.

Clear case of 'did not do research' to me.

Oh well, twice the amount of resources to pull Belkan names from now.

Is there some connections I'm not aware of?

Some initial (disjointed) thoughts on the game:

I just completed the Nanoha story mode. That was fun.

Spoiler:

Next! Fate mode!

…listening to Fate on Fate themed headphones. (I couldn't afford the Lyrical Box, but I bought the Fate accessory set)

Spoiler:

Starting Hayate Route:

…wait… Hisatsu hon? Hisatsu hon? Did she ever call it that in the anime? Grumble Hisatsu hon

Spoiler:

Due to the long delay in posting this I’ve gotten up to

Vita Route.

Spoiler:

I’m enjoying this game but Im still no good at shielding yet and I haven’t unlocked anything yet for some reason. I’ll have a look at the requirements.

Also there don't seem to be many attacks...

Unless someone translates the scripts....I got the game for the story and seiyuu goodness. ._.

Sort of regret not getting a Lyrical Box, but I'm really pushing my luck to see if my friend can still get tokuten for it if it's still in stores. Fate oppai mouse pad do want.Scans of the art book that came in the Lyrical Box where?

Vita's route is still my favourite. lolol, Zafira and Reinforce.
You want low quality scans? I can simply scan mine.

Well, it's not hisatsu. It's issatsu/一冊の本.

Don't remember if she said it in the anime. I don't pay close attention to what they're saying since my Japanese is meh,

Uh, without having to replay it, iirc Signum fights the real Reinforce because Reinforce is being emo again, trying to finish the job herself. So as Signum, you smack her down. There's a pretty sunset and then Fate comes, thinking she's interrupting something because

Signum: [I forget, prolly cliche stuff like think about how Hayate would feel if you disappeared etcetc] CHESUTOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Reinforce: Leader......... It hurts.
Me: HNNNNNNNNNGG.

Ohhh, I heard it as 'Hissatsu' (missed an s last time) 必殺, meaning "deadly" "sure kill" things of that nature. And while I suppose you could call the Book of Darkness deadly it just seemed like a really strange thing to say. (And now I know why, my Japanese reading ability is even worse than my Japanese hearing ability so I didn't notice).

Speaking of things in Japanese, what was Vita's

I think it was breast size, lol.

Which part do you mean? In the beginning of Vita's story or the End?

I found it an interesting tactic of Seven Arcs to reair Nanoha A's in 720p before releasing the PSP game. I think it was a good tactic, along with the promotion truck.

.... Resisting urge to replay, have to wake up early tomorrow....

I meant the bit right at the very beginning, in their first scene together. For some reason I found Vita the hardest to understand, I'm not sure why.

I find that I can enjoy the game perfectly without Jap. Though I do find myself cheating by staring at the Chinese-like bits...
