Yellow is a Gameboy game, but it had enhancements if you play it with the Gameboy Color such as more colors. With Green(Blue) and Red, if you were to play it with a Gameboy Color, it will come out with two shades of colors, depending on what colors you choose at startup.

No, this is likely generation 5's version of Lucario. Note how it only has one evolution, rather than two? Also, it's dark typed, and no starter is mono-dark type.
