I've always used Photobucket. After copy and pasting the direct image link, I just right click on the thumbnail images, in the albums, select "Copy Image Location," and then paste that into the IMG tags for the link.

I never have cared much for Imageshack.

Imageshack is great with the multiple image add-on. 10, 20, 50, 100 images? Imageshack can upload and provide the thumbnail link for all of them in a matter of minutes.

Sounds like a nice convenience, but I don't upload that many images. Just the occasional ones I post in this forum mostly. I'm used to Photobucket, so I'm sticking with that.

I use Photobucket too, mainly because I don't tend to upload many images; only stuff I like and want to use as possible avatars and sigs. I prefer Photobucket to Imageshack, honestly.

Imageshack has the better thumbnail options, really, but Photobucket tends to have a lot less in the way of loading issues.

Photobucket direct links also take you straight to the full size image, not a preview screen with pop up ads.

I prefer both. Tinypic also works wonders in editing my Fate profile.

btw, it should be noted that photobucket has a higher tendency to resize your image. Though imageshack does that as well, but usually only with extreme sized images. Only ones besides mentioned those two, I've used imagehost before and find it to do the best with large images but you have to upload one at a time. Also, I've never used them before but you might also try yfrog(saw the ad on imageshack incidentally) or tinypic.

I don't have a tinypic account, but I have used it when I just wanted to throw something up, quick and easy, without having to log in to an album.

Oh, really? Oddness, I get a new tab with just the image and nothing else. Browser settings, maybe?

On a lighter note, I could really see thsose otaku getting down on their hands and knees and praying before requesting their filmstrip. It could be the different between something worthless and something well over $5,000, afterall.

PS some one should translate that image.
