Poor Erza. She's being made to do so much fan-service. she's overtaken Lucy by miles!

Last week was her in a towel, this week - it's her bathing scene and then towel again! Plus, when she rushes forward towards the front, she lets go of her towel and then transforms into armored mode few seconds later. I bet Gray and Natsu were having nosebleeds watching her cute bottom.

I just don't find that Erza blocking the cannon scene as epic as it was in the manga... Anyone got the same feeling?

Hmm think it was done to be as epic. Has a different feeling since in the manga Erza blocked it for what felt like an instant and then it was over. While here it was enduring the blast for a good deal of time. Think the anime actually made it a bit more epic since you could see the strain and effort being put behind the defence.

Damn man, that was just deep with Lisanna. Loving all these extra scenes they're adding on top of the manga. In fact i'm gonna go read the manga again just to see comparisions. Because from my memory. This just tops it.

Yep, anime just completely destroys the manga. The extra Lisanna scenes are just, too powerful...

I also prefer the manga version, partly because she blocks it with her body, but the anime version wasn't too bad.

Sobz, it is so sad that lisanna is dead. There goes Natsu love interest. Although the first half was good, it was overwritten by an emotional second half.

Join Date: Dec 2005 Location: England, UK Age: 37	Spoiler for Episode 24: Added material worked quite well in this episode, especially the flashback and memory shots that added quite a bit to Elfman's character. It worked wonders. I had more to say about this episode, though i forgot all about it after that damn preview for next weeks episode <3. Finally reveals what happened to Lisanna though I'm sure many had suspicions about her not being alive. They definitely did a nice job with the earlier episode adding to the tragic news. What a traumatic thing on both Elfman and Mira. Both have reasons to feel guilt over what happened. Kind of a horrifying thing with Lisanna trying to bring Elfman back to his senses and it seems the only thing that did it was her being killed. A horrible thing for Fairy Tail. Obviously everyone would have cared about Lisanna and been hurt at the loss. On top of that it seems Mira couldn't bring herself to fight anymore. A painful thing for everyone including Natsu who would have wished he had been there to try and do something. A nice win over that fire guy at the start, but really it's overshadowed by the rest of the episode. __________________ Anime-Evo

Loved the way they told the lisana story and how they tied it back into the flashback of happy's momma and poppa scene sniffle __________________
