The effect on the 1st one is much better I think, and the 1st one blended nicely than the 2nd one, but honestly the second one isn't bad either ^^

Yeah, I think I like the first one more too... the render wasn't exactly the best to work with for a signature, IMO.

I made a bunch of Pride sigs and a random Soul Eater one

The Pride ones are tweaked fanarts, so credit goes to their awesome artists in Pixiv

I think I'll get started on posting my avatars, too

Yeah, I think learning to download fonts really helped, I'm hoping the texts on my siggies will look better from now... And I think I finally (sort of) got the hang of smudging and blurring, it's really the only thing I've been working on for a while. And as for the avis - I've just been making most of those on Photobucket from at least six months ago

Speaking of avatars... I have another large collection of older (a.k.a. not as good) Fullmetal Alchemist (mostly/all) Roy Mustang ones... Consider them freebs, too, since I've used most of them previously

Also, I did a very simple wall by cropping, adjusting contrast, brightness and saturation, then touching up the background a little. It's nothing impressive but I really liked this scan from Hakuouki, so yeah
