now that I think about it, there was this show on the food network where this chubby guy goes around the world trying out bizarre foods. He tried a Durian, and the moment he put it in his mouth he threw up lol

That is Andrew Zimmer and it is one the travel network and the name of his show is "Bizarre Foods". He said it tasted like dirty gym socks.

they do have a china town in montreal though im not too familiar ablout it aside from 1112A which is an anime shop. aside from that its a bunch of store s and restaurants i dont know. though id like to find a fruit store there some day i've tried lychee, they're pretty good.

yeah, lots o vids on youtube. I guess if you can't smell it, you're immune to it. I have fruit alergies, so even if I could eat it, it would still give me problems. I love bananas, but I can't eat them without a mildly unpleasant reaction for 2 hours afterwords.

Durian is one of the best fruits men get to experience. XD That guy can't call himself a culinary master if he's scared of durian as if it's shit. That's lame.
