Ichigo-Sora I think than the lightning could use some work.
CMHerrera the yellow ting could be more transparent.
Rikimtasu It fit more the theme but if you want to cut the head you should use a border.

It's a nice idea buy it kinds of looking pretty simple, nothing "shiking" or to atractive, perhaps a background and some more efects would help this improve a lot.

Overall it's good, exept for those dark areas at the sides, I don't really find them usefull.

Background is a picture of Ginza, which has totally gold vibes on the source pic (pun intended).

I like the idea of the sig, simple yet really atractive, those white spots at the corners (upper right side as example) kiil a bit the atractivness of the border style.

Hmmm... didn't knew there were school uniforms in pink, looks more like a casual outfit but well, overall it's a really nice style of sig, very colorfull indeed.

Well, seifuku is basically "school uniform" but it's most commonly associated with sailor uniforms. The male variation is gakuran.

So as long as the uniform is recognizable as something a student will wear, I have no issue with opening the theme up to male attire in the interest of giving contestants more options to work with.

@ Haladflire65, I wouls suggest you to stick to your old one as I wouldn't be surprised if your new one to be considered more as casual clothing school uniform.

Well, it definitely is a uniform - of the Raira Gakuen in Durarara!. If I can prove that would I be able to use the entry? What do you mean by 'casual clothing school uniform'?

The render seems a little blurry/low-quality to me, perhaps try sharpening it? Looks nice overall though.

I tried adding splatters to my new one, hoping I can submit it... If not I'll have to stick with Celty...

Old one fit more on the theme,while the new one looked better.
May be you will need to pick another render?

Removed watercolor effect and nudged the image so that less of the white border gets covered up by the lights on the background. Seems that its color is too rusty though.
