Because we're paying attention, and they feel like it. Keeping hype going between episodes, even if they don't want to reveal all that much information about the next episode until it airs.

Still, I don't think she'll disappear. From the way Yuzuru was monologuing at the end of episode nine, he wants the entire SSS to "graduate" from the afterlife together, so that they'll be able to move on together.

Then He'd have to pull off some Karma Houdini Voodoo cause that will not happen in less than 4 episodes.

I'll agree; it sounds near impossible. In fact, I'm expecting something like Yuri intercepting their plans, resulting in a conclusion to her self-imposed imprisonment in the afterlife, which will allow her to ascend, causing a chain reaction amongst the other members as they realize that it's not right to selfishly hang onto the past, and that they should look forwards towards the future instead. Finally, when all of them are ready to ascend, Yuzuru will either wave them off with a bittersweet smile, standing beside Kanade, or he will begin to ascend with them, and then turn around and offer his hand to Kanade, who will accept it and ascend with him.

Well, if it turns out like this, I'm going to be a bit disappointed. It's... a kinda stereotypical ending. I'll trust Maeda to pull off something better than what I can think up in five minutes.
