My fourth try I reworked the text and some effect on the render. C&C would be welcome.

The efec feets very well, the text look a bit forced, like it's there because it must be there, you acn try always going without text o0r replacing it somewhere else.

Overall the sig looks TERRIBLE!

... Just kidding! Actually I like it a lot, my favourite so far, can't see anything it needs.... Maybe a border but not really necesary, just preference, I guess.

Has nice efects, really nice ones. Maybe too dark at the corners but overall looks really good to me.
